In a world that can often feel overwhelming, isolating, or unsafe, having spaces where you can show up as your full self matters. This group is a place for LGBTQIA+ individuals to gather, share experiences, process what’s happening in their lives and in the world around us, and build meaningful connections with others who understand.

You deserve spaces where you feel affirmed, respected, and less alone.

Queer Community Support Group Details

Format: Therapist-facilitated support group

Location: To be determined (In-Person)

Start Date: To be determined based on interest

Group Size: Small group for meaningful connection

Age Range: Mid 20s- Mid 30s

Session Length: 60 minutes

Frequency: Biweekly

Cost: Sliding Scale ($30-50 per session)

A brief intake helps us make sure the group feels like a comfortable and supportive fit for you.
