Our approach to therapy is trauma-informed and relational. We recognize how past experiences, including trauma and systemic stressors, can shape the way people see themselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. We prioritize safety, trust, and collaboration, and work to build a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing. Through a compassionate, strengths-based lens, we support clients in processing experiences, developing healthier patterns, and fostering meaningful connection and growth.

We work with individuals seeking support for a wide range of emotional, mental health, and life challenges. Our clients include adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, and personal growth. We also support those who are looking to better understand themselves, process trauma, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
We are especially committed to serving individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities, including people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and others who may face systemic barriers to care. We strive to provide a supportive, affirming, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental space for every client.
Individual Sessions: Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with depth, curiosity, and care. Together, we work toward greater clarity, insight, and meaningful change.
Group Sessions: Process-oriented support groups where the experience of being in relationship with others becomes a powerful tool for healing. Through shared reflection, connection, and support, group members gain insight, reduce isolation, and foster growth.
What We Offer
We work primarily with adults who struggle to feel fully connected to their true selves. Many carry patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, intellectualizing, or self-abandonment—habits that can leave you feeling isolated, anxious, or depressed. Through a compassionate, relationship-focused, client-centered approach, we guide you in reconnecting with your authentic self, healing past attachment wounds, and creating more meaningful, balanced relationships.
